First Lady, Michelle Obama, recently published a book called American Grown: The Story of the White House Kitchen Garden and Gardens Across America [on order].

It is part of the First Lady's campaign for healthy eating. The video below, "Garden's 'Teaching Moments'" is an illustration of the way growing a garden benefits more than just your family's health.
